April weddings symbolize renewal and good times of great love. While Europe still has its last weeks of winter, Israel enjoys warm and welcoming weather. Many couples wisely take into account both, the weather and the spring break, and choose to celebrate their wedding in Israel, combining elements from here and from there. Vanessa and Asaf chose to invite their guests from Switzerland and England to celebrate a wedding in Tel Aviv. As a part of the program, a Henna ceremony, a festive Shabbat dinner, and a day trip to Jerusalem were part arranged.
Love Fairies welcomed guests and provided them with love notes that quoted famous love songs. European weddings start early so we could enjoy a spectacular sunset as a background of the Huppa. The Chief Rabbi of the city of Geneva conducted the ceremony in 3 languages (English, French and Hebrew) and combined customs from Switzerland, England and Israel.
Chris Weys magnificently designed the main hall in green, white with touches of gold. The same colors were integrated in the logo and gifts that were handed out at the end of the event. Four violinists escorted the evening in various music styles (Jewish for the ceremony, Jazz for dinner and electro for the party) and opened up the party for the Brazilian hectic group when everybody.
